Adam Kadyrov became curator of the university

The 16-year-old son of Ramzan Kadyrov was appointed curator of the Russian University of Special Forces named after Vladimir Putin (RUS), allegedly at the request of the head of the university.

Adam’s father spoke about this in his Telegram channel.

Kyiv Post: The United States purchased dozens of non-functional Soviet aircraft for Ukraine from Kazakhstan through offshore companies

According to the publication, in October 2023, Kazakhstan organized an auction at which obsolete and unusable Soviet-made military aircraft from the 1970s and 1980s, including the MiG-31, MiG-29 and Su-24, were sold.

The lot consisted of 117 aircraft, and its starting price was $1.5 million. The Kyiv Post claims that the United States, through intermediaries and offshore companies, bought 81 aircraft.

It is assumed that in the future these aircraft will be transferred to Ukraine for processing for spare parts, or as decoy targets at airfields.

In Kyiv, Stoltenberg stated that allocating resources for aiding Ukraine should have priority over meeting NATO internal commitments. He also mentioned that NATO will help to make the Ukrainian military interoperable with them so that is one day Ukraine joins NATO, they will be well prepared.

Russia runs out of gasoline due to Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries - Politico

Diesel prices for Russians have risen sharply, and gasoline prices have reached a six-month high. Cheap fuel is important for warfare, so attacks on refineries are important.

The Russian Federation has already banned the export of gasoline and diesel. It may have to import gasoline from reserves in Belarus.

Here partially I agree with Elon, Ruzzia is not willing to stop. They are willing to take what they wrote to their so called constitution. They didn’t make it with Odessa and Odessa oblast however but we know that they are dreaming to take all of Ukraine. That is why Ruzzia has no intention to stop the war and will continue it in a long term perspective. Even if peace talks cause some sort of ceasefire it would be just temporary. For this reason Ukraine doesn’t want to negotiate now.
On the other hand occupying Odessa is a very difficult operation for Ruzzia. If we are not talking in account mountain regions of Ukraine, Odessa is the most difficult city to take for Ruzzia. Mainly because of great number of water obstacles and inability of Ruzzian army to land their forces from the sea.
