Finally had a chance to closely read the Major Murphy documents and there we're a few things that stuck out that I haven't seen other's bring up yet (if they have I apologize).
Major Murphy says that the virus initially escaped in August, of 2019.
This matches the report put out by the House Foreign Affairs Republicans who said "On or before September 12th, 2019". The WIV database went offline on September 12th which is why that would have been the likely latest possible date.
It also fits the timeline I go over in Devolution - Part 15 regarding Trump's personnel moves and the issuance of EO 13887.
Released in August, military intel discovers it in September, and Trump starts making moves.

Then there are these two nuggets.
The fact they were using a spike protein vax with one epitope against a virus with a quasispecies is the reason the vaccinated are having unusual and detrimental antibody responses to new variants. That's why the vaccinated are the ones getting sick.
On top of that, the mass vaccination campaign actually lead to an accelerated gain-of-function for the virus.
"Since it is designed for bats off of a human-susceptible SARS-CoV, vaccinating humans against it actually gains its function back towards a more deattenuated HUMAN-SUSCEPTIBLE form."
I'm no Anthony Fauci so forgive me if my understanding is incorrect here but it appears the vax led to greater gain of function (I'm assuming greater spread of the virus and more variants), and also led to adverse reactions to said variants.
Which makes the DOD vaccine that works against all future variants even more interesting.
