Russell Vought is mentioned in Devolution #13 as a key player on the executive devolution team. The morning after the first release of #13, he joined Steve Bannon on the War Room to address the main issue around this budget bill.
You’ll see Russ is a serious guy. Clearly Steve and Russ worked together in the Trump White House, and Steve has great respect. Just listening to these three short clips, I learned a lot from Russ about the actual process for a bill like this and that has not be followed!
I highly recommend you watch the three short videos with Russell Vought on this page.

It was interesting to learn about the “Scoring” that is normally done by the Office of Management and Budget. Usually piece by piece as the bill is being written. That way when the whole thing is complete, each budget line item has been analyzed and scored by OMB.
Nothing was submitted to the OMB on this thing! Vought says it doesn’t need to be rushed through. There is plenty of time to submit it to OMB, to let them pull it into separate sections to be scored. So when it goes back to the floor, they can know how much money is going to each piece.
Still, Pelosi is making it seem like it has to be passed NOW or democracy is dead. 🤦🏼♀️

Service announcement my friends
Don’t freak out about this bill passing last night.
Here’s what I see so far and the possibilities I don’t think anybody are contemplating.
From what I saw, the Dems had to cut out most of the garbage in the bill to make it line up with the senate bill.
It looks like mostly infrastructure to me, at least from what I’ve seen.
It’s telling that it was a struggle to pass it in the House. That’s a good sign. That means the radical left wasn’t happy and that’s great!
I still believe nothing passes that Trump doesn’t want passed into law because I believe he controls the key people in the Senate.
So here are some positives I don’t think anybody is talking about.
1) Most of the garbage just got stripped out of the bill. That means the democrats will have to try and pass that in a separate bill.
Good luck passing that through the senate. It effectively killed all that garbage.
If I’m right and Trump has leveraged the senate then why would he want this bill passed?
2) If you believe like i believe that Trump will be back soon then who is going to get to spend this money, Trump or Biden?
Do you know that while we are at war and under an emergency Trump will be able to do what he wants with this money? Direct it all to actually rebuilding this country?
3) Every single dollar spent brings us closer to bankrupting of the Fed and bringing down the entire global central bank debt system. That’s a good thing.
There are three positive possibilities that you need to consider my friends.
Blessings

Agreed. Trump got more infrastructure out of a bill using Biden than he ever could have got himself. Remember they wouldn’t even bring infrastructure to the floor when Trump was in…because it was Trump. Biden is getting ready to sign Trumps infrastructure bill…..amazing.

Once you accept the fact McConnell is leveraged along with many key sectors you will realize how brilliant McConnell’s moves have been lately.
He forced the Dems to do a reconciliation bill with only democrat votes to get rid of the debt ceiling in early December and now he passed a stripped down infrastructure bill before the House bill and forced them to accept it or get nothing.
Guess who wins?
Thanks for playing

ETA to tonight's 2 hour livestream: 20 minutes! 7 pm CDT. We'll be going over the week's developments in the Durham Special Counsel investigation, as well as the TRO that blocked the Biden private employer mandate. And I'll try to get all my babbling done early so I can spend the last 30 minutes or so taking questions.
