Возле маяка есть прекрасный пляж Лидо-дель-Фаро, удостоенный "Голубого флага" за чистоту, с бассейном и спуском к морю. Это не привычный пляж с песочком, а каменные терассы с шезлонгами, баром и рыбным рестораном😁
На вершину маяка ведут 132 ступени. Он оборудован линзой Френеля 3 разряда(фокусное расстояние 500мм: от лампы до линзы, диаметр чуть больше 1 метра), которая за счет конструкции с концентрическими панелями "выдает" лучи через каждые три секунды😄

В конце видео на экране написано, что смотритель Карло де Орьяно отдал много лет жизни второму по важности Маяку после Генуи и в следующем году покинет его навсегда, а Маяк потеряет свою душу после автоматизации. И это печальная правда🙁☹️
