Poached egg salad.
Ingredients (as needed).
Butter bread slices, cut into squares, put in baking tray, drizzle olive oil, season with salt and pepper and in oven (170c) for 15 mins.

Poach egg(s) in simmering water with drops of vinegar.

Wash and arrange salad leaves, add croutons, poached eggs (sprinkle salt and pepper on top) and lastly, a layer of grated cheese.
