Thai Style Chili sotong/squid Ingredients
2 squids
basil leaves
palm sugar
oil
salt(if needed).

Chili paste
1 tomato
4 shallots
4 garlic
1/2 inch ginger
fresh red chillies
1/4 inch roasted belacan

fry chili paste till aromatic
add palm sugar, salt and squids. Stir, cook, off heat and stir in sweet basil leaves.
