Oyster mushroom fritters - for the crispy crunchy punch. Fried just before tucking in.

Ingredients
1 packet oyster mushrooms (tear the big ones to smaller pieces)
3 shallots - sliced thinly/chopped
1/2 handful sweet basil leaves (or coriander leaves or curry leaves) - shredded
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp rice flour
1 tbsp all purpose flour/tepung gandum
1 tsp turmeric powder
Some salt

Method
Add these ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle some water and gently mix in.
Heat enough oil, take the mushroom and fry till crispy crunchy (fry in batches)
Drain over kitchen paper and serve immediately.
Note - only fry bf serving, so meanwhile keep the mixture in the fridge.
