⚡️Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov arrived in Bishkek to participate in meetings of the CSTO statutory bodies.

⏩ During his visit, it is planned to discuss the military-political situation in the Organisation's member countries, adopt a number of joint documents aimed at strengthening the CSTO's military potential, improving mechanisms for responding to modern challenges and security threats.

📄 At the end of the work, the results of the Organisation's activities during the intersessional period will be summarised and activities for the next year will be planned.

📍 In Kharkov direction, units of a mechanised brigade, a motorised infantry brigade, an assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and a national guard brigade have been hit near Volchansk, Vilcha, Staritsa, and Udy (Kharkov region).

▪️ The enemy lost more than 135 troops and 12 motor vehicles.
 
📍 The Zapad Group of Forces improved the tactical situation. Strikes were delivered at manpower and hardware of an assault brigade, three mechanised brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a territorial defence brigade, and a national guard brigade near Kurilovka, Boguslavka, Novoplatonovka, Podoly, Nechvolodovka, Blagodatovka (Kharkov region), Yarovaya, and Drobyshevo (Donetsk People's Republic).

▪️ The enemy losses amounted to up to 235 troops, eight armoured fighting vehicles including three U.S.-made HMMWV armoured vehicles, one U.S.-made 155-mm M777 howitzer, 21 motor vehicles, ten electronic warfare stations, one U.S.-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-fire radar, and two ammunition depots.

▪️ The enemy lost more than 230 troops, a tank, seven armoured fighting vehicles including two U.S.-made HMMWV armoured vehicles, 15 motor vehicles, a Grad MLRS, and six artillery guns including three Western-made artillery pieces. A U.S.-made AN/TPQ-36 counter-fire radar, an Israel-made RADA radar, an electronic warfare station, and seven ammunition, materiel, and fuel depots were neutralised.
 
📍 The Tsentr Group of Forces improved the situation along the front line. Russian elements inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of a heavy mechanised brigade, three mechanised brigades, an airmobile brigade, an air assault brigade, an assault brigade, two assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a marine brigade, and two national guard brigades close to Priyut, Novoaleksandrovka, Sergeyevka, Novy Donbass, Rodinskoye of the Donetsk People's Republic, Mezhevaya, and Novopavlovka (Dnepropetrovsk region).

🪖 In Krasnoarmeysk (Donetsk People's Republic), assault groups of the 2nd Army are successfully advancing northwards in Tsentralny and Dinas districts. Russian troops continue mopping up Ukrainian militants in Rovnoye (Donetsk People's Republic).

⚡️ Eight attacks of the 425th Assault Regiment and the 95th Air Assault Brigade of the AFU in order to unblock an encircled Ukrainian group were repelled from the area of Grishino (Donetsk People's Republic). 🪖 In Dimitrov (Donetsk People's Republic), assault detachments of the 51st Army continue to push the enemy out of Vostochny and Zapadny districts, and southern part of the town. One hundred and seventeen buildings have been liberated.

▪️ Over 275 servicemen, a tank, four armoured fighting vehicles, and a pickup truck have been neutralised during the day in Krasnoarmeysk direction.

▪️ In total, more than 465 troops, a tank, nine armoured fighting vehicles, and five motor vehicles have been neutralised in the Tsentr Group's area of responsibility.
 
🪖 The Vostok Group of Forces continued advancing into the depth of enemy defence. One mechanised brigade, two assault brigades, three assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and two territorial defence brigades have been hit near Vozdvizhenka, Malinovka, Dobropolye, Gulyaypole (Zaporozhye region), and Otradnoye (Dnepropetrovsk region).

▪️ The AFU losses amounted to up to 210 troops, two tanks, 14 motor vehicles, a self-propelled artillery system, and an electronic warfare station.
 
🔥 The Dnepr Group of Forces inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of a mechanised brigade, a mountain assault brigade, a coastal defence brigade of the AFU near Novoandreyevka, Stepnogorsk (Zaporozhye region), Antonovka, Otradokamenka, Nikolskoye (Kherson region), and Kherson.

▪️ Up to 80 troops, 15 motor vehicles, five electronic warfare stations, and three ammunition, materiel, and fuel depots have been neutralised.

🎯 Air defence systems shot down five guided aerial bombs, eight U.S.-made HIMARS MLRS projectiles, a Neptune long-range missile, and 263 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

▫️ In turn, Kyrgyz Defence Minister Major General Ruslan Mukambetov, stressed that there have been many events in the framework of the CSTO this year as well as through bilateral military cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.

'The leaders of both countries have set the issues to elaborate. And we are obliged to implement the decisions of our presidents. To that end, we must make every effort to ensure that all the decisions taken are implemented,' the Minister of Defence of Kyrgyzstan said.

📄 He also highlighted that all joint bilateral military cooperation activities were held in the interests of ensuring the security of the two countries at a high level including those held on the territory of the CSTO member states.

📑 At the end of the talks, the Russian and Kyrgyz ministers approved a cooperation plan between defence ministries for 2026.

The talks between the heads of Russian and Kyrgyz defence ministries took place on the sidelines of the meetings of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation character bodies that took place on Thursday in Bishkek.
