InControl is a free and one-button utility which gives users control over all non-security updates to their Windows 10 and 11 systems.

There are two features of InControl. The first one is as the title says, just click the "Take Control" button on the main interface of InControl. When the red word in the main interface turns green, it is enabled, to disabled, click again.

And when you need to update to a certain version, you can also use InControl for version control. You need to set it when InControl is not enabled, and the version setting in the lower left corner can be edited, and you can enter the new version number into it.
