Head of digital marketing to well-known western company (music industry).
TASKS:
β’ Use market and industry knowledge to develop and manage the overall marketing strategy.
β’ Allocate work to the team and budget accordingly, ensuring the most effective marketing spend whilst driving focus within the team on reaching promotional, online, chart and sales targets.
β’ Work alongside Commercial and Services functions.
β’ Deeply analyze the market needs.
β’ Adopt best practice approach to innovation in the business whether it be digital formats, content creation or scheduling of product, always driven by consumer needs and audience insight.
β’ Build strong analytical expertise within the company which will provide with deep consumer insight.
β’ Represent Company at senior level in meetings across the business and at industry events, deputise for the Managing Director as appropriate.
β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to feedback on the success to the company and for future planning.
β’ Lead and motivate the team through effective and timely reviews, objective setting, development programmes and regular feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ Higher degree (marketing).
β’ Solid marketing and promotion experience (background om: Radio, TV, Music, Media, Youth Culture, Advertising Agencies).
β’ Understanding of the market and changes within digital sphere, use of social media etc.
β’ P&L management and business planning process.
β’ Fluent English.
