β’ Calculating an order volume for product launches and special actions in contact with Logistics Department.
β’ Managing purchases of brand communication materials (special POS-materials, windows constructions, etc.) from France.
β’ Budget management and cost control, finding opportunities for cost optimization (interaction with related departments on the possibilities of local production).
β’ Internal communications with shops: creation Dossier (which contains shop-windows views, product display instruction, a list of compositions, new product presentations, etc.) for each promo-campaign, keeping shop teams informed about oncoming promo-campaigns (preparing and participation in meetings with corporate and franchisee shops).
β’ Managing of a team of trade marketing specialists (3 direct reports) : setting tasks, control of execution, development of skills and abilities, training and motivation.

β’ Developing concept and detailed mechanics for promo-campaigns (analysis of customers behavior, theirs needs and insights, previous campaign results analysis, special offers and promo kits creation; price values determination in promo pricelist).
β’ Monitoring promo campaigns and implementing stimulating actions if necessary.
β’ Creating and adapting shop-windows and brand communication materials for promo-campaign in contact with Product marketing Department.
β’ Planning and controlling POS-materials production, organizing theirs dispatch to the sale points according to deadlines.
β’ Calculating an order volume for product launches and special actions in contact with Logistics Department.
β’ Managing purchases of brand communication materials (special POS-materials, windows constructions, etc.) from France.
β’ Budget management and cost control, finding opportunities for cost optimization (interaction with related departments on the possibilities of local production).
β’ Internal communications with shops: creation Dossier (which contains shop-windows views, product display instruction, a list of compositions, new product presentations, etc.) for each promo-campaign, keeping shop teams informed about oncoming promo-campaigns (preparing and participation in meetings with corporate and franchisee shops).
β’ Managing of a team of trade marketing specialists (3 direct reports) : setting tasks, control of execution, development of skills and abilities, training and motivation.
