We are Quadcode, a company that develops software for the trading and investment industry.
Now we are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to promote the employer's brand in Cyprus.
TASKS:
β’ Analysis of the employer's branding strategy and adaptation for Cyprus.
β’ Positioning of the company on recruiting platforms.
β’ Organizing conference sponsorship in Cyprus from script to budget.
β’ Organizing own meetups in Cyprus.
β’ Organization of online events.
β’ Organization of the company's representation at external conferences and meetups.
β’ Order, check samples and delivery of souvenirs.
β’ Collecting analytics on events.
β’ Suggesting ideas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ Experience in organizing professional or entertaining events for IT professionals.
β’ Experience working in HR brand or in PR / organization of events of at least 2 years.
β’ Readiness to organize events without the involvement of agencies.
β’ English at least B2, you will need to communicate regularly with native speakers.
