• Участие в разработке и внедрении маркетинговых и SMM-стратегий.
• Анализ рынка, аудиторий, конкурентов.
• Мониторинг и анализ внешней и внутренней среды компании для подготовки рекомендаций руководству по изменению стратегии и политики компании.
• Анализ макроэкономических тенденций.
• Сбор и анализ маркетинговой информации о рынке и его участниках, регулярное информирование руководства компании о происходящих изменениях.
• Мониторинг и анализ смежных рынков для определения их влияния на основные рынки присутствия.
• Анализ продаж компании по продуктам, сегментам, каналам продаж.
• Анализ клиентской базы компании.
• Краткосрочное и долгосрочное прогнозирование рынка и определение рыночной доли компании.
• Определение потребности компании в маркетинговой информации и разработка новых форм для сбора, учета и анализа поступающей информации.
• Разработка процессов по систематическому сбору, хранению, анализу и активному использованию информации и статистики.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
• Готовность предложить новые (годные) идеи на собеседовании.
• Интерес к Digital: знание bestpractices, интересных кейсов и инструментов, трендов рынка.
• Практический опыт в реализаций стратегий.
• Стратегическое мышление и аналитический склад ума, креативный подход.

ЗАДАЧИ:
• Запуск нового бизнес-направления: маркетингового агентства в рамках функций Jara Fund.
• Формирование и управление командой агентства.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
• Опыт работы в маркетинге более пяти лет. Нужно понимать все тренды, поведенческий маркетинг, иметь высокую адаптивность под изменения.
• Опыт управления маркетинговым агентством, либо управления в инхаусе полноценным циклом маркетинга.
• Способность разработать стратегию продвижения любого продукта или клиентского сервиса, продумать тактики и получить блестящий результат.
• Умение управлять командой творческих людей, разбросанных по всему миру: находить ключи к их мотивациям, управлять их эффективностью, вести их к результатам.
• Коммуникабельность. Умение справляться с клиентскими возражениями.
• Глубокие знания в области цифрового маркетинга и веб-разработки.
• Уверенное владение русским языком.
• Обязательное владение английским языком не ниже уровня Upper Intermediate.

• График работы: 5/2 с 10:00 до 19:00, сб-вс выходные.

• Constructing outreach links to project websites in various locales (DE, ES, IT, NL, NO, etc.) according to the plan and approved budget.
• Selecting platforms (competitive analysis, TOP Google analysis, etc.).
• Assessing the quality of platforms and selecting donors for placement.
• Managing correspondence with platforms and webmasters regarding placement.
• Minimizing outreach costs: negotiating with platforms and webmasters to reduce the cost of links.
• Preparing a task specification for outreach copywriting and collaborating with a copywriter.
• Payment for placements from the company budget.
• Regular monitoring of the status of placed links (using a paid link checker).
• Optionally: crowd, submissions, profiles, PBN (Private Blog Network).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in link building and automating tasks.
• Excellent proficiency in using various tools, such as ahrefs.com, hunter.io, etc.
• Proficient in English (conducting correspondence with platforms and webmasters).
• Strong negotiation skills (primary task in this position – building high-quality links with minimal costs).
