ABOUT:
YouTrack by JetBrains – a project management tool designed for agile teams – goes beyond professional developer teams and now powers more than 50,000 teams worldwide to manage their daily team tasks and projects. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and open-minded marketing professional to join our YouTrack product marketing team and help increase the YouTrack customer base.
TASKS:
• Participate in the development and management of promotional and advertising campaigns to drive product awareness and user engagement through various channels.
• Execute content strategy for owned resources – web, blog, social media, and email.
• Work with team members across the company to manage digital marketing campaigns, events, web design, and more.
• Make marketing materials from scratch, including website materials and landing pages, email campaigns, and webinars.
• Create visual storytelling assets, including screenshots, GIFs, and videos.
• Coordinate product releases and work with a cross-functional team to execute our plans.
• Distill the key functionality and features of the product into compelling marketing assets and advertising possibilities.
• Participate in market research and learn from our customers to determine their needs and apply that knowledge to product requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Marketing or project management experience with B2B tools, software products, or services.
• Past experience in tech companies or a technical/IT background.
• Good communication skills, fluent English, and writing ability.
• Entrepreneurial drive with an appreciation for the user experience and business goals.

Kotlin is a modern programming language used by millions of software developers globally.
TASKS:
• As a successful hire, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the market of server-side development, identifying new segments, and promoting the language. You will also be tasked with developing and influencing the Kotlin marketing strategy.
• You will need to be a passionate, data-driven marketer with prior experience in managing marketing campaigns, research, and strategies, as well as familiarity with strategic and operational marketing.
• Develop and execute a Kotlin marketing strategy at a global scale for the market of server-side development to drive adoption of the language among developers.
• Influence Kotlin product strategy at the corresponding markets to adapt the language and the ecosystem to the needs of the audience.
• Supervise quantitative and qualitative marketing research to keep a finger on the pulse of the market, the audience, and the competitors.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, marketing mindset.
• This position does NOT require hands-on programming experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and coordinate activities across several teams.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems in a fast-changing environment on a global scale.
