If you think about it, GTNH lore is kinda post-apocalyptic? Like, you go to Ross128b and find abandoned houses with the very machines you craft and use yourself, meanwhile the whole planet is completely devoid of life except for plants. And then you go to Toxic Everglades and find robot-like things aimlessly wandering around a planet with oceans of waste.
