I do not understand the “debt ceiling.”

But, I admit I do not understand much of what Congress allegedly does.

Is the “debt ceiling” FAKE to make We the People believe that there really are efforts to control our nation’s debt???

Smoke and mirrors???

How do you control what was long ago and is presently “out of control???”
