I vividly remember in late November of 2020 when Sid Powell asked me if I would serve as a member of the initial board of directors for Defending the Republic.
I told Sid NO because in my opinion, it would have been a conflict of interest due to my service on the board of #FightBack.
I later learned that Sid went ahead anyway and listed me in December of 2020 as a member of the initial board of Defending the Republic.
Fortunately, I also learned that 3 days after that filing, Sid filed an amendment removing my name from the board of Defending the Republic and replacing my name with that of Joe Flynn.
Sid had a REALLY bad habit of putting my name on court filings around the country without my knowledge or permission.
