Well, well, well . .
Time for rest.
Again.
A few final thoughts for the day and night:
If God had told me the future when I surrendered my life to Him in August of 2018, I might have said that I was not willing to suffer the trials, tribulations, and persecutions that I have endured since that time. I might have decided not to take up my cross and follow Him. The pain would have been too great in my mind to withstand much less to welcome and willingly accept it.
So God did not tell me the future, He only asked that I trust Him. I did then and I do now.
I have come to realize over time that God DID tell me the future in the Holy Bible.
Past proves future.
God promised me that I would spend eternity with Him in heaven.
That is ALL I REALLY needed to know.
God told me enough.
Enough is enough.
Always has been.
Always will be.
So I press on in this upside down world as long as God plans for me to be here.
I know where I am headed in the end.
Heaven.
Who could ask for anything more???
I hope you rest well tonight in the arms of our loving God.
And that if blessed with another day in earth tomorrow to serve Him, I pray you will press on despite the trials, tribulations, and persecution.
