Bill White, disgraced ex-head of Intrepid, agrees to pay $1 million settlement in pay-to-play deal

The former head of the Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum has agreed to pay a $1 million settlement for his role in a massive state pension fund pay-to-play scandal.
Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced the deal with Bill White on Thursday.
Cuomo charged that White acted as an unlicensed paid middleman for investment companies seeking lucrative state pension fund business during disgraced former Controller Alan Hevesi‘s tenure.
In one case, according to Cuomo, White helped win $500 million in pension fund investments in Guggenheim Partners Select State Fund.

White “secretly” received more than $570,000 in fees from the deal, Cuomo said. He also not only gave $10,000 to Hevesi’s 2006 reelection campaign, but bundled $50,000 in donations from two Guggenheim principals.
“The state pension fund, which should be safeguarded for taxpayers, was instead served up to fixers, finders, and fund-raisers like Bill White, who used his access to fill his pockets,” Cuomo said.

Amid the probe, White last May suddenly quit his job with the Intrepid museum, which he had held since 1992.
Six people have entered guilty pleas as a result of Cuomo’s probe, including Hevesi’s former chief investment officer, David Loglisci.

The center of the scandal, Hevesi former political consultant Hank Morris, is under indictment and facing a trial for his role.

Open your eyes

Before 2020 I was still a mormon. God opened my eyes and I left and repented. I turned away from false gods to worship the true God of the Holy Bible, Jesus Christ. I threw away my book of mormon, patriarchal blessing, and garments with freemason symbols in the trash where it all belongs. I definitely learned satan is real and he is the author of moronism.

I had a Japanese maple tree in my front yard at Greenview in Atlanta.

I noticed a few months ago that it appeared to be dying.

We tried to save it but realized that it had to be cut down.

Today, a new Japanese maple replaced it.

An old tree dies.

A new tree is planted.

Until 2020, I didn’t realize that the spiritual battle being waged against us was going on ALL around us, every second of every day in every area of our lives. The reality of human/child sex trafficking and the horrors that go with it is what ‘woke me up’. I truly thought I was going crazy. I wondered how this could be happening in our world without us knowing. Lin, I didn’t really know who you were when I first heard your speech about child sex trafficking. But the Holy Spirit spoke to me that night, and human/child sex trafficking hit me like a punch to the gut. It compelled me to my knees to pray for our children. I then went into a depression as I tried to humanly grasp the reality of the evil in this world. I realized the truth of satan being the god of this world. I cried often. I became scared. I paced the floor and talked with God for hours each day. The Holy Spirit answered my prayers with the persistent message of “STAND UP”! In the flesh, I was cowardly. But God did not put the spirit of fear in me. He put the Holy Spirit in me and He raised me up! I’m still standing up for the TRUTH of this world and the TRUTH of God’s word! And for speaking the truth, I’m mocked, laughed at, insulted, shamed, and ridiculed but I don’t care. ALL glory to be God that His TRUTH is being revealed! Jesus Christ is God and He’s coming again to take us home, unless we meet Him in Heaven first 🤗 And that’s all I need to know.

I don’t care much for Atlanta now and have not since 2020.

Atlanta has changed and not for the good.

My house in Atlanta is not corrupt.

Atlanta and the State of Georgia are corrupt.

My home is now Tomotley even though I still have a house in Atlanta on Greenview.

Neither Tomotley nor Greenview are corrupt.

In both houses, I serve the Lord.
