At age 14, I was asked to deliver the Youth Night sermon at Shurlington Baptist Church in Macon, GA.

I was allowed to pick my own scripture and prepare my own sermon. I picked Ephesians 6 and spoke on the fact that we do not battle flesh and blood and we put on the whole armour of God to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Only God knows the future.

God knew when I was age 14 the lesson that I would need to know at age 69.

We serve an awesome God.

Below is the anti-SLAPP argument I made before the “selected lawyer” in charge of the State Bar of Georgia’s grievance committee witch hunt against me.

The “selected lawyer” Tom Cauthorn denied my motion to dismiss today finding in effect that the State Bar is above the law and can bring an action that suppresses a lawyer’ right to petition for grievances and the right of free speech. And I did not even draft, sign, or file the Powell complaints at issue!!!

The State Bar has failed to identify any specific ethical rule that I allegedly violated and has produced NO evidence of any wrongdoing on my part.

The argument below (the transcript containing many errors by the court reporter) says it all.

The Bar witch hunt has already cost several hundred thousand dollars to defend. That cost will more than double as the witch hunt continues.

What lawyer can afford to defend himself or herself under these circumstances??? The TRUTH is that no lawyer who supported President Trump is safe if this lawfare tyranny is allowed to continue in our country.

The primary Tomotley security team met to discuss the erroneous ruling today by the “selected lawyer” in the State Bar of Georgia’s witch hunt against “Pops.”

They have also conferred with the other 3 puppies on the team.

I think they voted for the next hearing in the witch hunt to be conducted at Tomotley where they will always protect me from wrongdoers!!!

I remember when my oldest son told me a student who sat behind him in elementary school was picking on him and bullying him.

I told him, “Son, the next time he does it, turn around and hit him in the face with your best right hand.”

I still vividly recall his call to me when he said, “I did it, Daddy, I did it!!! He stopped picking on me!!!”

I was proud of my son.

He stood up to the bully.

And the bully ran.
