I was blessed to visit and stay again recently at Cotton Hall, this time I brought mom down for her birthday. She had a wonderful time, meeting and talking with Lin, and also the great Christian couple we shared Cotton Hall and dinner with, from North Carolina. We all took the nature tour together with Ronald Stanley, and enjoyed the beauty God has created in the Low Country down there. Truly worth making a trip for. We also learned about how the rice fields were created, and brought home some of that delicious rice!

We were there when the azaleas were in full bloom, it was spectacular. The woodline behind Cotton Hall has a wall of azaleas. I walked up to get a few close up pics, and noticed the hundreds of honey bees, just buzzing around from flower to flower, going about their lives. Those sounds, with the chirping song birds, brought me so much calm. It made me long for a more simple life, one with fewer distractions. God made honey bees to gather nectar and make honey. He created me to serve Him and do His will, and that's basically all I want to do with the rest of my days here in earth. I want to keep it simple. God bless you, Lin, we will continue to pray for, and support you, as you faithfully serve God with the stewardship of that beautiful land down there. Keep pressing on!
