I had the privilege today to meet for 2.5 hours with The Inn At Cotton Hall guests, Tom and Carol Cearley of North Carolina.
Tom and Carol are my siblings in Christ. They also love President Trump and America.
We talked about Jesus Christ, President Trump, and the state of our nation and world.
It was an informative and edifying conversation.
After our meeting, they sent me this kind text below which humbled me.
“Thank you once again Mr. Wood for the time spent together this afternoon. Our eyes are open wider! We so appreciate the rich exchange about life with our Father God through our Savior Jesus Christ. The Body of Christ always finds itself, and today was no exception. We will continue to pray for you in more precise ways!”

God blessed me with being the temporary custodian of Cotton Hall. And turned me from being a “conspiracy theorist” lawyer into a “conspiracy theorist” innkeeper and grower of rice (actually Morgan and Ronald handle the rice!!!).
Big changes in my life have occurred from 2020 to 2025!!!
I wonder what tomorrow holds for me??? Only God knows.
But whatever tomorrow may hold, I can face it and press on because Jesus Christ lives. He is my LORD and my SAVIOUR. And my Best Friend. I love Him because He loved me first.
And I am blessed by and love my guests at The Inn At Cotton Hall. People from all over our nation have had fellowship with me and I with them at Cotton Hall.
I praise and thank God for ALL things. ALL things come from God.
