Good afternoon!!!
I spent the morning with my sister, Linda, and her husband, Charles, before sending them off back to Georgia with tears and hugs.
What a wonderful weekend I had with them. Just too short as time flies.
We talked about Jesus Christ over the course of the weekend and also spent some time talking about the past, the present, and the future.
Charles has been a student of the Holy Bible for many years so I was informed by our conversations.
Linda knows me and therefore, knows the good, the bad, and the ugly of my journey through life. Her words and her very presence this weekend comforted and reassured me.
God works in mysterious ways, but His timing is always perfect. From Thursday to today, I have been reminded of how much I have in my life for which to be thankful.
As Linda left, I asked her if she had any advice for her brother. She replied, “Keep doing what you are doing.”
I took Linda’s words to be her way of telling me to “press on.”
I will.

They are getting their ears tickled with what FOX thinks they WANT to hear while not being informed on what they NEED to hear.

I stopped keeping up with college and pro sports in 2020. Prior to that year, I was an avid fan. I liked Nick Saban and Kirby Smart.
The enemy is such an effective deceiver!!! The enemy can use deception to distract you from pursuing the TRUTH.
Have we made idols out of our favorite sports teams???
Could we fill up a football stadium with fans rooting for ending rigged elections, child trafficking, and modern day human slavery???
I hear from others that Kirby’s star at UGA is rising while Nick’s star at Alabama is starting to fade.
Win or lose, I am sure their wives will continue to support them!!!

As I have said many times, I have a curious mind!!! I am almost always searching for TRUTH.
If I had my way, I would hope that each of you also has a curious mind which searches for the TRUTH.
You have to find the TRUTH for yourself in order to truly believe it. Otherwise, you are merely accepting what others may tell you. They may be right. They may be wrong.
Do the research yourself.
Connect the dots yourself.
Draw your own conclusions.
Engage in critical thinking.
Doing so considerably reduces the chances that you will be brainwashed and considerably increases the chances that if brainwashed, you can free yourself from the brainwashing.

Pray to the Father in the name of the Son that He give you the knowledge, wisdom, and discernment to reveal TRUTH from LIES.

I am not a perfect man. No one is.
But I try my imperfect best to be an honest man.
I try my imperfect best to obey the LORD and His Word in the Holy Bible.
Most of my life, I have assumed that others thought like me. I assumed that they were honest. So I almost always tended to give others the benefit of the doubt.
But I lived and learned.
I now do not make any assumptions about the state of mind of others.
I now try my imperfect best to know others by their fruits.
I am still learning. I will continue to learn more every day until God calls me home.
It is considerably harder for others to deceive you if you do not make assumptions and simply know them by their fruits.
That is my approach. You may have an approach you feel is better. If so, please feel free to share it with me and others.
