DUTY:
1. Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of different printers (Laser Jet, Pass Book Printer, Dot Matrix Printer, All in One etc.)
2. Troubleshooting & replacement of faulty parts of printers.
3. Candidate Should have the thorough Knowledge of printers like all types of Laser, Ink jet, Desk jet, Office jet, high speed printers and Passbook. Printers.
4. Candidate Should have worked with HP-all in one series /Tally /WEP HQ series, TVSE, Canon and RICO printers.
Other Requirement –
Along with printer service support, Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems.
System Knowledge will be an added advantage
Fluency in English will be added advantage.
