We are looking for a PPIC & Warehouse Manager.
Responsibility
1. Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and production targets
2. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage inventory replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
3. Generate and present reports on production status, inventory levels, and key performance indicators to senior management
4. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of materials
5. Identify and resolve production and inventory-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency
6. Manage and control the delivery of finished goods to customers
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years experience as Manager handling PPIC & Warehouse in Manufacturing
3. Proficiency in inventory control techniques and systems
4. Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to production and inventory
5. Have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
6. Have good skills of analyzing, planning, negotiating, and problem solving.
7. Able to handle 2 work areas (Head Office and branch)
8. Placement : Sidoarjo
