Requirements:
• Men
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field from Retail Company
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
• Have good communication, General knowledge of negotiations
• Have knowledge of office management and administration
• Have relationship with external parties would be preferred
• Proficient in computer operation and Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of external factors that can affect market prices (inflation, economic conditions, etc.)

Responsibilities:
• Purchase goods according to demand from users by considering the available budget, the priority scale of the needs delivered and the company's capabilities
• Establish relationships or cooperative relationships with external parties (vendors) through cooperation agreements that are mutually beneficial to both parties
• Process bills arising from General Affair operational activities without passing the predetermined payment period and present in the form of reports as needed
• Manage office supply (ATK, printing materials and pantry) and make reports on their use
• Make a report on the recap of operational costs of GA activities
• Conduct inventory and maintain company assets by conducting inventory checking regularly.

If you have at least 3-5 years experience in Finance Manager or related field especially in healthcare Industry this might be a really good challenges for you.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the company's financial operations and information systems on a daily basis.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of accounting and financial systems.
- Formulate and properly implement new financial policies and procedures.
- Establish and supervise the annual operating budget, forecast it, and revise it in accordance with sound accounting principles and budgets.
- Evaluate the company's overall financial position and analyze financial and management reports every month.authorized to review and approve financial and accounting transactions for all departments.
