Job desc:
1. Develop HR Management Strategis and policies
2. Cordinate and Control implementation of Recruitment and Selection activities
3. Cordinate and Control implementation Development program
4. Develop Job grading, Structure and Scale of Wages
5. Develop KPI program to evaluate all employes perfomance
5. Make reports related to the overall function and perfomance of HR Departement
6. Problem solving
