Customer Relationship Manager (5+ years' experience)
Location : Parra, Goa
Drivers Licence Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Be the face of brand Vianaar for the customer.
-Resolve their issues/queries concerning design, project, construction etc.
-Provide a consistently delightful experience from after sales and before possession - (Enhance the post sales experience)
-Responsible for the end to end customer contact processes and their associated customer experience to improve efficiency and reduce complaints.
-Coordination with various departments in the organization on the client queries.
-Wishing/sending flowers to the clients on the birthdays/anniversaries.

2. Must have excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.
3. Must have excellent communication skills.
