Amitabh Bachchan once said: "At the peak of my career, I was traveling on an airplane.
A simple, unassuming gentleman in a plain shirt and pants sat next to me. He looked like someone from the middle class and well-educated.
Other passengers recognized me and were chatting with me, but this gentleman seemed unaware of my presence. He was quietly reading to himself, occasionally glancing out of the window. When tea was served, he sipped it in silence.
I smiled at him, trying to start a conversation. He looked at me, smiled politely, and said, 'Hello.'
We started talking, and I brought up movies and films, asking, 'Do you watch movies?'
The gentleman replied, 'Oh, very rarely. I watched one many years ago.'
I mentioned that I worked in the film industry.
He responded, 'Oh, that's nice. What do you do?'
I said, 'I'm an actor.'
He nodded, 'Oh, that's wonderful!' and went back to reading.
When we disembarked, I shook his hand and said, 'It was nice traveling with you. By the way, my name is Amitabh Bachchan!'
The gentleman shook my hand with a smile and said, 'Thank you... it was nice meeting you. I'm JRD Tata (the chairman of Tata)!'
That day I learned that no matter how big you think you are, there's always someone bigger.
Be humble; it costs nothing.
So, my friend, remember to stay humble in your career journey. It doesn't cost anything, and you never know who you might meet along the way!"
Today is Monday, the best day of the week when you have opportunity to start writing a new chapter for this week
Make it as the most productive week as if there is no tomorrow
Have a bless day

When you think that problems are far from you 😁
It can be for any situation.
Be Aware.
Tomorrow we can experience the same situation.

One is today where information is supreme and ppl want everything online and free. Here no one remembers u once ur gone

Don't leave anything for later:
- Later, the coffee gets cold.
- Later, you lose interest.
- Later, the day turns into night.
- Later, people grow up.
- Later, people grow old.
- Later, life goes by.
- Later, you regret not doing something when you had the chance.
Life is a fleeting dance, a delicate balance of moments that unfold before us, never to return in quite the same way again.
Regret is a bitter pill to swallow, a weight that bears down upon the soul with the burden of missed chances and unspoken words.
So, let us not leave anything for later. Let us seize the moments as they come, with hearts open and arms outstretched to embrace the possibilities that lie before us. For in the end, it is not the things we did that we regret, but the things we left undone, the words left unspoken, the dreams left unfulfilled.
Have a kind heart, and let every word you speak be kind and add value.

What science is able to explain today, spirituality had always explained.
"The more gross the matter, the lesser the frequency of vibrations; subtler the matter, higher the frequency of vibrations."
Though the same vibrating strings constitute all matter, they resonate at different frequencies, depending on how gross or subtle the matter is. The difference between the gross physical body and the subtler mind is only in the difference in the frequency of vibrations.
When you know how to tune into higher frequencies, you can tune into the thought flow of others. You can trade and share minds. Why meditation? Silence is basically vibrations with the highest frequency!!!(Part - 1/2)
Wishing you most & more.

No point in asking - that's how the rules are and that's how the game is. The passionate game lovers don't think the rules are foolish, but will call you a fool for questioning them. If this is with man-made games, what's there to speak about His-games? Man is tested and challenged, time and again. It is futile to question the game. Instead, learn the rules, master the game, play it well and win the game.
There is one rule in His game that comes to man's rescue - the end is always beautiful and it is in man's favor. No parent will ever give the child a story to read, which doesn't have a happy ending. Derive strength from knowing this and play the game courageously!!! (Part - 2/2)
Wishing you most & more.

Life or Death: A Psychological Perspective
When facing the trials and tribulations of life—whether due to our own mistakes or the actions of others—we often encounter a range of challenges: physical, mental, emotional, psychological, social, or financial. The pressures of life, such as financial burdens, unjust blame, health issues, and lack of support, can feel overwhelming and unrelenting. It is during these times that understanding the deeper psychological and philosophical dimensions of our experiences becomes crucial.
From a psychological standpoint, the hardships we face can be seen as part of a larger, intricate web of life's journey. Each individual’s path is shaped by a myriad of past experiences, decisions, and actions—often referred to in various traditions as "karma." These experiences collectively influence our present reality, contributing to the complex tapestry of our lives.
In moments of profound distress, it is common to question the purpose and fairness of our struggles. However, it is essential to recognize that life is not merely a series of random events but a purposeful journey. Every person we encounter, every situation we face, whether positive or negative, plays a role in our personal growth and development.
The idea that our existence and the people around us are part of a grand cosmic design is a powerful concept. It suggests that there is a reason behind every challenge and every relationship, even if that reason is not immediately apparent. This perspective can provide comfort and a sense of meaning, helping us to navigate through difficult times with resilience.
One critical aspect of this journey is how we respond to life's challenges. The weak may succumb to their struggles, while the strong find ways to overcome and emerge victorious. This strength is not just physical but encompasses mental and emotional resilience. It involves the ability to adapt, learn, and grow from our experiences.
Unfortunately, without this understanding, many people view life's challenges as insurmountable and consider drastic measures, such as suicide, as a way to escape their pain or to make a statement. However, the reality of death is stark and unyielding. When someone dies, the world moves on. The impact on those left behind is often fleeting, and life continues with its routine and relationships.
Suicide does not resolve the underlying issues nor does it teach the intended lesson to others. Instead, it robs the individual of the chance to overcome their challenges and to grow stronger through their experiences. It also perpetuates a cycle of unresolved pain and missed opportunities for personal development.
The primary motivations for suicide—whether to escape challenges or to make a statement—are based on a misconception of the nature of life and death. Life is a precious opportunity for growth and learning, a chance to navigate through difficulties and emerge stronger. Death, in contrast, is a finality that precludes any further progress or resolution.
In conclusion, understanding the psychological and philosophical dimensions of our struggles can provide us with the strength and resilience needed to face life's challenges. By viewing our experiences as part of a larger, meaningful journey, we can find purpose and motivation to continue striving, growing, and ultimately thriving, despite the obstacles we encounter.

The happy and efficient people in this world are those who accept trouble as a normal detail of human life and resolve to capitalize it when it comes along
