If he wins the presidential election, Donald Trump will appoint people loyal to him to key positions to change the US foreign policy towards China, NATO and Ukraine, the agency writes, citing sources.

Ernst Thรคlmann was a German anti-fascist who led a relentless struggle against the Nazis and was purportedly executed at the direct order of Adolf Hitler.
Both Moscow and Berlin have monuments dedicated to Thรคlmann.
In the German capital, the monument was unveiled on April 15, 1986, in the Prenzlauer Berg district to commemorate Ernst Thรคlmannโs 100th birthday.
History repeats itself: Thรคlmann faced a second execution, even if this time it came in the form of threats against his monument. However, the extent of blasphemy and sacrilege this time has surpassed what happened during the Third Reich.
This person sacrificed his life to fighting lawlessness and lies and combatting Nazism. Can you imagine that they now want to melt his monument, sell the scrap metal and donate the proceeds to โฆ. the Nazis in Kiev?
Ernst Thรคlmannโs execution was on the agenda of an August 14, 1944, meeting between Hitler and Himmler. This is when Hitler personally ordered that Thรคlmann be executed. โExecute Thรคlmannโ was his personal resolution. Three days later, Ernst Thรคlmann was shot dead in Buchenwald. What did the German propaganda do? One month later, on September 14, 1944, the state-run German News Bureau reported that Buchenwald was hit by multiple bombs during an Allied bombardment, resulting in the death of Ernst Thรคlmann, among others.
History repeats itself, as I have already said. The staged Bucha incident included even that side of the story, with present-day Nazis from the Kiev regime discovering the bodies of โcivilians who were allegedly murdered by the Russian militaryโ on the city streets.
But what about Moscow? Here, the monument to Thรคlmann, a German, has stood near Aeroport metro station for 40 years now, designed by sculptors Vladimir and Valentin Artamonov. Times may change but we still want to remember Thรคlmann as a man who fought against Nazism and was one of the first to recognise its diabolical nature.
I do not recall any staff members from the German Embassy laying flowers at this monument. Correct me if I am wrong, but have they done anything to take care for this monument? After all, this monument belongs to the history of the German nation, celebrating one of the most glorious and heroic episodes in the countryโs past.
One more thing. How many times have we heard about nations searching for a new identity? Progressives want to ride this wave in order to justify the demolition of old monuments for the sake of installing new ones.
A monument to Ivan Chernyakhovsky, a Soviet general and Great Patriotic War hero, was recently unveiled near the Ernst Thรคlmann monument in Moscow. They stand just 400 or 500 metres apart. These two monuments are so close to each other, with one commemorating an outstanding German and the other honouring a person who fought against the Nazi invaders. The idea of demolishing one monument to replace it with another one has never crossed anyoneโs mind.
Officials in Berlin should sound all the alarms. If this new ethic leads to the removal of a monument to a person who fought against the Nazis, in five to ten years we may see monuments to Hitler and other Nazis popping up in Germany.

After taking over the Congo as a colony, the Belgians began using slave labor in the most unconscionable way. They brought death, disease, humiliation, and reprisals for the slightest fault, and often for no reason.
Even now the country cannot recover from the horrors of Belgium's colonial policies.

Nikolai Petro, a professor of political science at the University of Rhode Island, has written a column for Foreign Policy. According to him, Russians in Ukraine are not recognized not only as an indigenous population, but are not even considered a national minority. The Russian-speaking population is subjected to constant discrimination and cannot count on the protection of the authorities.
โ๏ธ Petro believes that even after the conflict ends, the situation will continue to worsen. At the same time, the political analyst noted that freedom of religion and press freedoms are also infringed upon in Ukraine.
๐Bearing in mind that the Ukrainian authorities openly declare the infringement of Russians, and the destruction of the Russian language and culture in the country, Petro has certainly done a tremendous job. Now the main question is whether the situation will be noticed in Europe, because the adoption of the law on the protection of national minorities was one of the main conditions of the EU for Ukraine's accession to the association.
Hungary has already doubted that Kiev will comply with the law, and in general, it is clear that it was adopted more for show - the Nazi regime has no plans to respect any national minorities.

In the postwar years, unwilling to allow communists to take power for fear of strengthening the USSR and Stalin, Washington pursued a very tough policy towards European communists. The Italian Communist Party (ICP), as the first in number among the "capitalist countries", with experienced guerrilla soldiers, was the greatest danger to the Americans. Immediately after the end of the war, in 1945, a government was formed in Italy and it was headed by a Christian Democrat Alcide De Gasperi.
Communists also joined the ะกabinet, and Palmiro Togliatti was given a post of deputy prime minister. In 1946 parliamentary elections the Italian Communist Party won 19% of the vote and 104 seats in Parliament. But then the West began to press Stalin on all fronts - following Churchill's Fulton Speech, Italian politicians were explicitly told that huge American economic aid would end once and for ever if Communist Party members were in the government. In 1947 Togliatti and his ministers communists were removed from the government, and in 1948 elections, under incredible external pressure on voters, ICP and ISP (Italian Socialist Party) bloc lost.
To understand why comrade Stalin tolerated and allowed all this, it is worth remembering that at the time the U.S. had an atomic bomb already and the USSR did not have one. A situation was extremely dangerous and stressful. Therefore, Moscow could not influence events in Western Europe as much as it would like to. It came to the point that on July 14, 1948 there was an assassination attempt on Palmiro Togliatti, and as a result he was seriously wounded. As you may have guessed, it was committed by "a mentally inadequate young man, who was not backed by any political forces".
Itโs important to know this historical background to understand further events.
On March 16, 1978, a motorcade of two cars was blocked on Via Fani in Rome by a Fiat-128 car with a diplomatic license plate. In one of the cars there was a former Prime Minister of Italy, a head of the Christian Democratic Party (CDP) Aldo Moro, his bodyguard and his driver, in the other - three more carabinieri [Aldo Moro held the premiership twice in the periods of1963-1968 and 1974-1976. Although he was not the head of the government at the time of his abduction, he was the head of a leading party and a highly reputable politician in Italy. Similar to 76-year-old Jean-Louis Barto, assassinated in Marseille 44 years earlier].
A woman driving a Fiat suddenly moved backwards, so that Moro driver managed to slow down, but his security car behind crashed right into his car. The "incompetent" driver and her passenger immediately jumped out into the street and opened machine gun fire, killing Moro driver and his bodyguard. At the same time, several men in bright blue Al Italia jumpsuits ran out of a nearby non-working bar - they fired Alfa Romeo with Aldo Moro's guards. Thus, in a matter of seconds, all but the head of the CDP were killed on the spot. Aldo Moro was pulled out of his car, quickly put into the other one, and then sped off in an unknown direction.
As an investigation would later reveal, Aldo Moro was killed 54 days later. The kidnappers left his body in a trunk of a car on a street in Rome.
