We have decided to suspend our card services. Effective immediately, all card functions — including the Global Card, Lite Card, and Tech Card — will be suspended for both usage and new applications. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
1. About withdrawals, deposits, and Earn services
Core Services remain unaffected. Please rest assured that top-up, withdrawal, and Earn yield functions remain fully operational, and your assets remain safe and can be withdrawn at any time.
2. About Card Fee Refunds
We will automatically refund the actual amount paid for the card application (after deducting any discounts) to your Infini account balance. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and no manual action is required.
3. For Ongoing Refund Requests
Any ongoing bills will be refunded directly to your Infini account. These refunds are expected to be completed within 5 to 21 business days. Your funds remain fully secure throughout the process.
4. For Previously Submitted Refund Requests over 21 days
If you have already submitted a refund form or have a pending refund over 21 business days, please rest assured that we are actively following up. Related funds will be refunded to your Infini account balance once processed.
