Russia bombed the cities of Kharkiv on Christmas day by order of Putin.

The regional governor of Ukraine announced: "In two Russian attacks on Kharkiv, the second largest city of Ukraine, 17 people were killed and 42 people were injured." But this is while Russia denies targeting civilians and calls this attack a "special military operation".
