It is established that through classified intermediaries the accused and other members of the organised terrorist group received detailed instructions and special knowledge necessary for the preparation and commission of terrorist acts, financing of means of transport, travel, subsistence, accommodation, means and services of communication and other needs.The indictment states that the accused intended to prepare and commit terrorist offences, to participate in the commission of a terrorist offence, to prepare arson, to set fire to and to prepare a terrorist attack, and to prepare a terrorist attack.
