A new vote on Octus Bridge DAO π³
Today at 16:47 (UTC) there will be a vote on the proposal to increase the deposit limits for the following networks: Ethereum ( DAI up to 10,000,000), Fantom (USDC ΠΈ DAI up to 2,000,000), Polygon (USDT, USDC and DAI up to 2,000,000).
The importance of the proposal is due to the fact that the current limits interfere with the mass use of the bridge.

In the 1st 74 proposals took part 416 token holders:
β’ 32 proposals on partners
β’ 30 proposals on initials
β’ 12 other proposals
β’ The minimum stake was 0,29 EVER
β’ The maximum was 5 000 000 EVER.
β’ The average was about 90 EVER.
Unit weight of the winning side:
β’ 80%+: 57 proposals
β’ 60-80%: 12 proposals
β’ 50-60%: 5 proposals
184 addresses voted in more than 50% of proposals.
The more users vote, the more decentralized decisions have become!

A proposal to update the terms of the Crystal Hands program was made on EVER DAO. The following conditions are offered:
β’ The maximum discount to the market price at the date of the transaction should not exceed 25%;
β’ The total blocking period shall be at least 6 months;
β’ The Alliance and its designated sellers, acting on behalf of the Alliance, reserve the right to independently determine the final sale price and blocking conditions depending on the market situation.
Changing conditions is necessary due to the fact that the entire crypto market follows traditional markets and is now in a "bear" stage. The previously approved price range of 0.2-0.4 USD/EVER is now outside the market price, even if a sufficient discount rate applies (up to 25%). In fact, it makes any fundraising activity impossible right now. Conditions must be updated to keep up with Everscale core development and marketing activities.
Vote will begin on September 1.
