NTGL Airdrop Claim Portal is now LIVE 🔥

As outlined in our previous announcements, we are revising our Total Supply from 843 million to 843 billion to mitigate the impact of the recent attack that occurred on March 8th. Furthermore, all token holders who possessed tokens before this adjustment will be entitled to a compensation of 1000 times their original holdings.

Self-Custodial Wallet Holders (MetaMask, Rabby...)

If you held your tokens before the attack, you are eligible for a complete 1000x compensation
The amount of tokens you receive may vary based on when you claim them. The longer you wait, the higher the amount of tokens you will receive. Full 1000x compensation will be ready by July 1st.

CEX Holders

If you held your tokens before the attack on CEX, you are eligible for a complete 1000x compensation -> You need to fill out the FORM
Same mechanics; just make sure you're using the submitted wallet address when connecting to the Airdrop Claim Portal

Investors

The original Investor Claim Portal remains the same. There's a special note and explanation pop-up message.

NTGL Stakers

You are not eligible for an Airdrop, but you will receive a 1000x when bridging over. To not interfere with Omnipoints mechanics, all amounts sent back to the NTGL chain will get decreased by 1000

Where can I claim my tokens?

A few notes:

- The bridge will be LIVE within a week and supports all previously integrated chains
- All Entangle Chain holders (stakers/delegators) won't be "eligible" for an Airdrop, but will receive 1000x compensation when bridging to other chains
- Other chains will be slowly added to the Airdrop Claim Portal in the next few days
- Developers will update the CEX list daily in case of any new form submissions (still reviewing the old ones)

AMA Q&A — Entangle Transition Update

We appreciate everyone's support, but the project, as it was previously run, is no longer sustainable.

We have built top-of-the-line interoperability technology that surpasses much of what’s currently available on the market. However, due to the departure of some backers, the recent hack, and ongoing market conditions, the project can no longer sustain itself. While the technology will live on, Entangle as a company—as it is currently known—will be shut down. The token NGL/NTGL will be sunsetted.

The technology will remain under the ownership of Entangle Labs and will be licensed to projects in separate verticals, with independent teams, backers, and leadership.

As part of licensing this technology from Labs, these projects have committed to providing rewards to previous NGL holders. These rewards will be communicated at a later date and remain at the discretion of the individual projects.

What Products?
Below are three confirmed teams licensing the tech who have agreed to allocate some rewards to NGL supporters:

Data Oracle Project (More info soon)
→ Verifiable, low-latency oracle network with TEE feeds
→ Will spin off with part of the existing team into its own separate project, taking UDF technology
→ Will likely take over socials and Discord. It’s a separate project and team but wants to involve the Entangle community.

UIP — Universal Interoperability Protocol
→ Cross-chain messaging,
→ A new team, led by Faisal for months, is building a large TEE-focused initiative on top of UIP that will also distribute some rewards to previous NGL holders.

UTS — Universal Token Standard
→ On-chain, programmable logic, omnichain token movement
→ Already active within Genome, which continues as a completely separate project

These projects are independent of Entangle. While they’ve agreed to reward previous holders for licensing Entangle tech, they do not assume responsibility for any roadmap, promises, or commitments from the original Entangle project.

What About Other Entangle Products?
Labs will retain ownership of core protocol IP

Genome continues as an independent project using UTS and has been separate for some time

Webby will continue under a new team, using NGL technology but maintaining its own IP and roadmap

Webverse, Gorples, and FetchXBT are sunsetted alongside NGL

Discussions are ongoing with an external team that has shown interest in using the tech and adapting it to a new use case.

Any project that licenses Entangle’s foundational tech will agree to provide some form of reward for past Entangle holders.

We cannot disclose amounts or timelines at this time. This effort is being made to honor the community and will be distributed later.

For Token Holders
The $NGL token will serve as proof of early support:

It will function like a digital badge—non-transferable and persistent

Token holders may be eligible for airdrops and benefits from the new protocol teams

A clear wind-down process for liquidity and trading is being prepared

Updates will be shared in Discord; there is no set timeline yet. Please refrain from pressuring external teams - they are participating out of goodwill for using Entangle tech, but they are not obligated to do so

Final Notes
The mission remains: to build decentralized infrastructure for cross-chain data, compute, and tokenization.

We know this is hard news for everyone, including the team. We're doing our best to make things right, and we hope everyone sees that.
