NEW: President Trump is set to host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at Mar-a-Lago on Sunday to advance U.S. peace plan negotiations.
Zelensky confirmed the meeting, noting 90% agreement but uncertainty on signing documents.
Recent Florida talks involving Trump advisers Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner with Russian and Ukrainian negotiators yielded progress, described by a U.S. official as more in two weeks than the past year.
Most terms are settled, including U.S.-European security guarantees akin to NATOβs Article 5 for Senate ratification, and potential oversight of Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.
Key dispute: Russiaβs demand for full Donbas control; U.S. proposes a demilitarized free economic zone in Ukrainian withdrawal areas.
Zelensky requires mutual troop pullbacks and a referendum for territorial concessions, necessitating a ceasefireβUkraine seeks 60 days, while Russia may prefer shorter.

FOX NEWSβΌοΈ: Nearly 30 years after JonBenet Ramseyβs murder on December 26, 1996, there is fresh hope that investigators may soon solve the case.
Boulder police have affirmed that the investigation remains a top priority, noting ongoing advances in DNA testing technology. Chief Stephen Redfearn highlighted these developments in a recent statement.
JonBenetβs father, John Ramsey, met with police in January and described the discussion as significant, while advocating for assistance from a private genetics lab experienced in cold cases.
He has also called on President-elect Donald Trump to intervene and push for progress. Ramsey strongly supports using investigative genetic genealogy, which requires only a small DNA sample and could identify the killer within months with a high likelihood of success.
He urges authorities to apply this method, emphasizing that even an unsuccessful attempt would show all options were explored. Ramsey referenced a 1990s list of 700 potential suspects compiled by detective Lou Smit, who believed the killer targeted the family due to a grudge, and stressed that DNA testing could resolve the case.
Previously critical of the Boulder Police Department, Ramsey now commends the new leadership under Chief Redfearn for their sincerity and experience, contrasting it with prior investigators who lacked homicide expertise.
Although the department has historically hesitated to test remaining samples, new items like the garrote used in the crime remain unexamined and could yield crucial evidence.

With all the fake outrage over Epstein filesβ¦ youβd think the libs would be ready to tighten up crimes against children, stop grooming them, and use capital punishment on molestors.
But nah. For some reason they donβt care about any of that.

As we barrel into the new year itβs not a terrible idea for you to reset your assumptions and examine who you follow.
There are plenty of people who seem Anonish but live on wild predictions that never come to pass and handing out hopium hits and doom porn, only to manage the letdown with excuses and another hit.
Why would you expect someone to be right going forward when they were always wrong going back?
Scroll up on this channel. Youβre going to find that most of it is right, a little of it is wrong, we correct course and own up when the dogs donβt hunt and try to keep you at altitude instead of firing you like a missile into space and then watching you free-fall.
By now you should see that the world is fairly predictable and the process is measured and plodding. There may be some big events and turning points, but mostly itβs low and slow.
Hopium is addictive. Doom porn is addictive. Start the new year with a little information rehab.

JUST INπ: An Obama appointed federal judge in West Virginia has blocked a state law banning certain artificial food dyes and additives, hindering efforts aligned with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.βs Make America Healthy Again initiative.
Judge Irene Berger issued a preliminary injunction against HB 2354, which prohibits compounds such as butylated hydroxyanisole, Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, and Green 3 in food and pharmaceuticals, with violations punishable by a misdemeanor and up to a $500 fine.
The International Association of Color Manufacturers filed the lawsuit, arguing the ban causes economic harm, oversteps state authority on food safety, and disrupts interstate commerce.
Berger ruled that the lawβs definition of βpoisonous and injuriousβ lacks clear criteria, potentially leading to arbitrary enforcement, though she rejected claims it constituted an unlawful bill of attainder.
West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey expressed disagreement with the decision, stating the state will explore legal options to protect public health, particularly for children.
Kennedy, who visited West Virginia in March to support the ban, has linked such additives to health issues like ADHD and cancer based on studies. Delegate David Elliott Pritt criticized food companies for prioritizing profits over safety.

ICYMI: Today, FBI Director Kash Patel announced that the bureau has finalized plans to permanently close its J. Edgar Hoover headquarters and relocate to the Ronald Reagan Building in downtown Washington, D.C.
The FBI and General Services Administration selected the Reagan Building in July, following Republican concerns over the expense of a proposed move to Maryland.
Patel said the shift will save taxpayers at least $5 billion by using an existing facility instead of building a new one projected to cost nearly $5 billion and open in 2035.
No specific timeline was provided for the closure and transition, but safety and infrastructure upgrades are already in progress.
The Reagan Building previously housed the U.S. Agency for International Development, which was consolidated into the State Department earlier this year, allowing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to occupy part of it.
