LIBERAL MEDIA: President Donald Trump hung up on CNN reporter Andrew Kaczynski after just 30 seconds Tuesday when the journalist called to ask about resurfaced images showing Jeffrey Epstein at the president’s 1993 wedding to his second wife, Marla Maples.

The photos, released by CNN’s KFile, show Epstein at Trump’s Plaza Hotel wedding and socializing with Trump and his children at a Harley-Davidson Cafe event that same year.🀑

Speaking about the photos on Tuesday night, CNN anchor Erin Burnett said the material had β€œnever been seen” before and forms part of a broader archival review, framing the reporting as exclusive.

Kaczynski, however, admitted in his article that the photos were available on Google Images and content library Shutterstock. He argued their renewed significance in that they β€œhave not been widely reported and pre-date any of Epstein’s known legal issues.”

ICYMI:On Tuesday, Senator Rand Paul encouraged the Trump administration to prosecute Dr. Anthony Fauci, proposing to "Charge Someone Who Was Pardoned" as a means to test the validity of pardons issued by President Biden.

β€œDo you actually think that because the pardon for Anthony Fauci was signed by AutoPen, there could potentially be some legal way that we could still hold Anthony Fauci criminally accountable, Senator?” Kirk asked Paul during their extended discussion.

β€œI think we don’t know, but the only way to do it is to challenge it. So, for example, I do believe Anthony Fauci committed a felony by lying to Congress,” responded Paul, a vocal critic who lately recommended Fauci to the DOJ for prosecution.

β€œSo you have to charge him with a felony, take him to court, and then the court will decide whether or not the pardon is upheld. You can argue until you’re blue in the face that you can’t do AutoPen and that maybe the president wasn’t aware of it. But the only way to actually do this is to charge someone who has been pardoned,” Paul contended, indicating it might serve as a precedent for additional Biden pardons.

β€œI think Anthony Fauci is the most likely to be chargeable. There are other peopleβ€”Hunter Biden could be charged as wellβ€”but someone has to be charged. You have to take it to court, and then you have to decide. I think in Hunter Biden’s case, he actually did physically sign it,” Paul added.

The Daily Mail reports that Senator Kennedy of Louisiana appeared to suddenly freeze during a TV interview while on air. Fox News Host Kudlow blamed technical difficulties, saying it was the same mic they'd just lost Senator Rand Paul on.

Kennedy was speaking to host Larry Kudlow on Tuesday about the Trump administration's stance on sanctuary cities when the "concerning" moment occurred. He began to trail off while referencing how Jesus loves immigrants.

'Jesus loves them, but everybody else thinks ….' Kennedy said, before mumbling a few barely-audible words. 'Everybody else thinks…' he repeated before looking off into the distance and going completely silent.

The senator remained frozen on camera with his lips slightly parted and eyes staring forward as he stood motionless. Kudlow appeared caught off guard but quickly cut in and blamed the bizarre moment on an apparent tech issue.

'I guess we had some more technical problems. That was the same mic we lost with Senator Rand Paul,' Kudlow said.

UPDATE: A security patch released by Microsoft earlier this month failed to fully fix a critical flaw in the U.S. tech company's SharePoint server software that had been identified at a hacking competition in May, opening the door to a sweeping global cyber…
Microsoft has warned that Chinese state-sponsored hackers have breached its SharePoint software used by the US agency responsible for maintaining and modernizing the nation’s stockpile of nuclear weapons, according to a report.

The National Nuclear Security Administration, a semi-autonomous agency that operates under the auspices of the Department of Energy, was among the targets of a hack allegedly carried out by Chinese-backed cybercriminals, according to Bloomberg News.

A Dutch cybersecurity company estimates that around 400 government agencies in the US, Mauritius, Jordan, South Africa and the Netherlands were impacted by the hack, according to Bloomberg News.

The Dutch firm, Eye Security, previously estimated that just 60 entities were impacted.

Declassified GOP Intel Report: Putin held back highly damaging Clinton info in 2016 (e.g., "alarming" health concerns, secret State Dept meetings) that could've swayed electionβ€”far worse than leaked docs. Yet Obama's ICA omitted it, violating standards for a rushed, biased conclusion.

KEY PAGES: 16-17

Declassified GOP House Intel Report found Putin had more damaging information about candidate Clinton that could have been used against her in the final days of the 2016 campaign but the information was held back.

"The ICA's generic description of material Putin held back makes the reader unaware of significant information available to Moscow to denigrate Secretary Clinton."

"This violated ICD 203 directives that analysis β€˜be informed by all relevant information available' given that documents leaked during the election were far less damaging to Secretary Clinton than those Putin chose not to leak."

Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s attorneys have asked a federal judge in Tennessee to order the Trump administration to stop making statements about his case after Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem publicly called him a "horrible human being" who should "never be released."

Abrego, a Maryland resident, was erroneously deported in March to El Salvador, and his case became a flashpoint in the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigration, sparking concerns over a lack of due process. He’s now being held in Nashville, Tennessee, on human smuggling charges.

In a filing Tuesday, Abrego’s attorneys asked U.S. District Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, who is overseeing the human smuggling case, to ensure the government complies with the court’s rules regarding extrajudicial statements to ensure Abrego is afforded a fair trial.

The Trump administration unveiled Wednesday a framework for its artificial intelligence (AI) policy, placing a heavy emphasis on boosting U.S. innovation, building out data center infrastructure and promoting American technology abroad.

The 28-page AI Action Plan lays out the administration’s approach to the rapidly developing technology, putting forward more than 90 policy actions for β€œnear-term execution” by the federal government.

The plan seeks to remove what the Trump administration deems as β€œonerous” regulations at both the federal and state level. This includes limiting funding to states over their AI rules, as well as tasking the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with evaluating whether certain state AI regulations interfere with its mandate.

The framework also calls for a review of the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) investigations launched under the Biden administration β€œto ensure that they do not advance theories of liability that unduly burden AI innovation.”

The State Department is opening an investigation into Harvard's eligibility as a sponsor for its Exchange Visitor Program, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced on Wednesday morning.

"To maintain their privilege to sponsor exchange visitors, sponsors must comply with all regulations, including conducting their programs in a manner that does not undermine the foreign policy objectives or compromise the national security interests of the United States," the statement read. "The American people have the right to expect their universities to uphold national security, comply with the law, and provide safe environments for all students. The investigation will ensure that State Department programs do not run contrary to our nation’s interests."

The Exchange Visitor Program offers visas for a range of educational or cultural programs, including for students, researchers, interns and au pairs.

ICYMI: The head of FEMA’s Urban Search and Rescue branch, which runs a network of teams stationed across the country that can swiftly respond to natural disasters, resigned on Monday.

Ken Pagurek’s departure comes less than three weeks after a delayed FEMA response to catastrophic flooding in central Texas caused by bureaucratic hurdles put in place by the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the disaster response agency.

Pagurek told colleagues at FEMA that the delay was the tipping point that led to his voluntary departure after months of frustration with the Trump administration’s efforts to dismantle the agency, according to two sources familiar with his thinking. It took more than 72 hours after the flooding for Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to authorize the deployment of FEMA’s search and rescue network.

NEW: Brigitte Macron has launched a defamation case against Candace Owens over the US podcaster's ludicrous claim that she was born a man.

The French first lady filed her 218-page lawsuit in Delaware on Wednesday, accusing Owens of publishing 'outlandish, defamatory, and far-fetched fictions'.

Owens attacked Ms Macron, 72, in a now-deleted YouTube video posted in March last year, propagating the false claim that she was born a man.

The podcaster cited a 'thorough investigation' by blogger Natacha Rey, whom Macron is also suing for libel in a separate claim.

Brigitte and her husband French President Emmanuel Macron said in a statement: 'Because Ms Owens systematically reaffirmed these falsehoods in response to each of our attorneys' repeated requests for a retraction, we ultimately concluded that referring the matter to a court of law was the only remaining avenue for remedy.

'Ms Owens' campaign of defamation was plainly designed to harass and cause pain to us and our families and to garner attention and notoriety. We gave her every opportunity to back away from these claims, but she refused.

'It is our earnest hope that this lawsuit will set the record straight and end this campaign of defamation once and for all.'

Rep. Mike Lawler says he will run for reelection in his Hudson Valley House district in the 2026 midterms, forgoing a bid for New York governor.

Lawler had been considering a gubernatorial run, among the Republicans looking to challenge incumbent Gov. Kathy Hochul in next year's statewide election. But he said in an interview Wednesday morning that he intends to stay in the U.S. House representing the 17th Congressional District.

Lawler's seat has been targeted by Democrats in past election cycles and is a key part of Republican's current narrow House majority.

Shortly after the interview aired, Hochul posted on social media that "this is the same Mike Lawler who caved to Trump the minute he asked to rip away New Yorkers' health care. Of course he doesn't have the spin to face me."

Hillary Clinton was apparently on tranquilizers to deal with intense psycho-emotional problems.

Joe Biden needed a chemist just to stay upright.

Kamala Harris was a drunk.

Democrats seem to perfer heavily medicated presidential candidates.

Wonder why?

2/8 The CIA monitored Cuba's response to MLK's death

The CIA compiled a five-page report on Cuba's response to MLK's assassination, including reports from Cuban independent and state-controlled media.

The report shows that Granma, the official newspaper for Cuba's communist party, highlighted the violence and riots that took place in the wake of MLK's death.

The report also highlighted Cuban radio outlets and others amplifying calls for violence from certain "black power" activists. One such message came from Stokely Carmichael, who urged Black Americans to "arm ourselves with rifles and pistols and launch an assault on the streets of the cities of the United States."

An FBI report included in the release says that a man threatened to murder MLK during a May 1967 appearance in Wisconsin.

The FBI said they received a call from an anonymous male vowing to "put a bullet through KING's head." Investigators determined that man to be Theodore Adank, with local police saying he was a possible mental case who could have capabilities of committing violence.

4/8 FBI investigators zeroed in on killer's fake names
The FBI became aware of several aliases Ray used in the lead-up to MLK's murder.

Documents show he used two different names while purchasing the murder weapon from a gun store in Birmingham, Alabama, on March 29 and 30, just days before the assassination. Ray identified himself to the store clerks as "Harvey Lowmeyer," though he used an address and drove a vehicle linked to another alias, "Eric Galt."

FBI agents connected the two aliases when store clerks were shown a picture of "Galt" and said he was identical to "Lowmeyer." READ

5/8 Ray's brother suggested he may have been paid to be implicated in assassination

Ray's younger brother, Jerry Ray, conducted an interview with law enforcement following MLK's murder, and he suggested to them that his brother may have been paid by a third party to be "used" in the attack.

He told law enforcement that he hadn't seen James in four years, when he visited his elder brother in prison.

Jerry went on to say he believes his brother thought it was "honorable" not to reveal whether anyone else was involved in King's murder. He then said he planned to go to Memphis and talk to his brother once Ray arrived in the city in police custody.
