NEW๐: A Chinese American U.S. Commerce Department employee, a former Army veteran, is stuck in China under an exit ban after failing to disclose his Patent and Trademark Office role on his visa application. He arrived in Chengdu in April to visit family, but Beijingโs vague laws have blocked his departure, a move Washington calls โhostage diplomacy.โ
Four anonymous sources confirmed the caseโs sensitivity to The Washington Post. Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) condemned it: โI am gravely concerned by what appears to be another case of CCP hostage diplomacy. This is a tactic, not a coincidence โ and itโs unacceptable.โ
Days earlier, Wells Fargoโs Chenyue Mao faced a similar ban, halting the bankโs China travel. John Kamm of Dui Hua Foundation estimates 30-50 Americans are under such bans, often for minor issues, with China ignoring dual citizenship to target Chinese Americans.
U.S. diplomats have raised the case at high levelsโฆ READ MORE

Last night, in New York City, an incredible CBP Officer was shot in the face by an Illegal Alien Monster freed into the Country under Joe Biden. He was apprehended at the Border in April 2023 but, instead of being deported, was RELEASED. The CBP Officer bravely fought off his attacker, despite his wounds, demonstrating enormous Skill and Courage. The Democrats have flooded our Nation with Criminal Invaders, and now, they must all be thrown out or, in some cases, immediately prosecuted in that we cannot take a chance that they are able to come back. Thatโs how evil and dangerous they are!

ICYMI: A critical security flaw in Microsoft's SharePoint software has triggered widespread breaches, affecting government agencies, businesses, and institutions across multiple continents. Since attacks began around July 18, 2025, hackers have compromised at least 85 servers spanning 29 organizations, stealing sensitive data and establishing persistent access points.
The victim roster includes a concerning mix of high-value targets. U.S. federal agencies and multinational corporations have confirmed breaches, alongside government entities across Europe, Asia, and South America. Energy companies face potential disruptions to critical infrastructure, while educational institutions and telecommunications firms report unauthorized access. Security researchers describe the targeting as sophisticated, suggesting well-resourced attackers with broad strategic objectives rather than opportunistic criminals.
The impacts extend far beyond typical data breaches. Attackers aren't simply stealing informationโฆ READ MORE

ABC NEWS: A Delta regional jet on approach to Minot, North Dakota, made an "aggressive maneuver" to avoid a mid-air collision with a B-52 bomber, according to the Delta pilot.
The incident took place on July 18, according to the airline. The flight, operated by SkyWest, had departed from Minneapolis. Once on the ground, the pilot apologized to passengers for the abrupt move and explained the situation
It's unclear how close the two jets came from each other or if a cockpit alarm was activated to warn the pilots of a potential collision. Minot is home to an Air Force base with B-52 bombers.

NEW: One of Jeffrey Epstein's former attorneys on Sunday called on the U.S. Justice Department to release additional investigative records from its sex-trafficking investigation, and urged the government to grant Epstein's former girlfriend immunity so that she can testify about his crimes.
In an interview on Fox News Sunday, Alan Dershowitz said the grand jury transcripts that Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday asked a federal judge to unseal would not contain the types of information being sought by President Donald Trump's supporters, such as the names of Epstein's clientele
โI think the judge should release it, but they are not in the grand jury transcripts," Dershowitz said on Fox.
"I've seen some of these materials. For example, there is an FBI report of interviews with alleged victims in which at least one of the victims names very important people," he said, adding that those names have been redacted.

'World Economic Forum โrigged dataโ to make Brexit look like failure'
The World Economic Forum (WEF) has been accused of rigging research to make Brexit look like a failure.
Klaus Schwab, the face of the Davos conference in Switzerland for years, allegedly intervened in the WEFโs annual Global Competitiveness Report, which ranks countries on productivity and long-term prosperity.
In the 2017/2018 report, the UKโs ranking improved from seventh to fourth after a change in methodology.
But Mr Schwab, 87, wrote to staff that the UK โmust not see any improvementโ, as otherwise it would be โexploited by the Brexit campโ.
The final report published in 2017 showed the UK had dropped one place to eighth.

An unusual public feud between the Food and Drug Administration and a maker of gene therapies for rare diseases could test the Trump administration's willingness to pull certain approved drugs from the market over safety concerns.
The standoff with Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Sarepta Therapeutics burst into public view late Friday after the company refused an FDA request to withdraw its treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy following patient deaths from liver failure.
The FDA said agency leadership met with Sarepta on Friday and requested it voluntarily stop all shipments of the IV therapy, called Elevidys, that day. The company refused.
Sarepta said it would pause shipments for patients confined to wheelchairs but would continue shipments to ambulatory patients, saying there were no new or changed safety signals in that group.
The company's stock plummeted on the news, while FDA commissioner Marty Makary told Bloomberg his agency was considering whether the therapy should continue to be sold.

ABC NEWS: Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced earlier this week that he wants to expand dairy recommendations in the federal dietary guidelines, which are set to be updated later this year.
"I grew up in a world where milk was the healthiest thing that you could eat," Kennedy said during a news conference on Monday. "There's a tremendous amount of emerging science that talks about the need for more protein in our diet and more fats in our diet. And there's no industry that does that better than this industry."
Currently, the U.S. dietary guidelines recommend Americans ages 9 and older have three cup equivalents of dairy daily or lactose-free or fortified soy alternatives. and children ages 1 to 8 are recommended to have between 1.6 cups and 2.5 cups depending on their age.
This includes dairy milk, fortified soy milk, yogurt with added calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin D and a range of cheeses such as hard cheese, processed cheese, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, queso fresco and queso blanco.

NEW HOAX DROPPED๐: According to WSJ, in 2003 President Trump sent Epstein a "bawdy" letter for his 50th birthday depicting a โnaked woman, which appears to be hand-drawn with a heavy marker. A pair of small arcs denotes the woman's breasts, and the futureโฆ
Noted attorney Alan Dershowitz said Sunday he could be called as a witness in President Donald Trumpโs suit against The Wall Street Journal, arguing that he could help โprove maliceโ in the case.
Trump announced heโd filed suit against the WSJ and its owner, Rupert Murdoch, Friday over an article that claimed he sent disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein a bawdy letter celebrating his birthday. Dershowitz told โSunday Agendaโ host Lidia Curanaj he also was contacted by the WSJ over a letter he reportedly sent, which the outlet couldnโt produce.

WATCH๐ฅ: DHS Sec Kristi Noem doesn't mince words โ Liberal mayors in NYC, Boston, LA, and Chicago are shielding criminals at the expense of innocent families. From murders and rapes to child trafficking, sanctuary policies enable chaos with zero consequences:
"How many more lives will it take? How many more people have to be hurt and victimized before we have public safety being a number one priority in some of our largest cities.
When I look at what Mayor Adams has done to New York City, it breaks my heart to see the families that have suffered because of his policies. We can look across this country at other mayors.
We look at Mayor Wu in Boston and what's happened there under her watch. What's happened in L.A. with the riots and violence and the protests that have gone on because of Mayor Bass. And what she has perpetuated. When you look at Mayor Johnson in Chicago how devastating it is to live in some of those poorest communities how they suffer every single day with violence. Just because these individuals are protecting criminals.
They're protecting criminals who go out and murder, rape, rob, perpetuate violence on our children, traffic them. They damage this country every single day under the protection of Sanctuary City and governors who put in place these policies that allow them to perpetuate these crimes with no consequences."
