Learning and Development Specialist (L&D specialist)

Firebird Tours is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist in the HR team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Coordination of learning programs for the employees across the company;
-Consulting on learning & development solutions;
-Position profile creation for soft and hard skills in collaboration with the manager;
-Control over filling in training programmes and their regular updates by manager;
-Assist in developing of the system of grading employees;
-Monitoring and evaluating training programs to continuously improve their effectiveness;
-Preparation of HR training materials and placing them in Notion;
-Creation of evaluation materials: tests, surveys, instructions, checklists, etc. for soft skills;
-Analysis of employees' English level;
-Maintaining statistics on employees progress of the tests.

WHICH BACKGROUND YOU HAVE?
- 1 years + working experience in a similar role (training, L&D)
- Experience of working at Notion;
- English level at least C1;
-Excellent level of Russian language;
-Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM would be a big plus;
-Have strong communication skills.
