я тут простенький мониторинг искал (текущий сервис сделал jerk move - убрал из тарифного плана кучу фич втихую)

и нашел UptimeFlare, ребята это такой кайф. Бесплатный, опенсорсный, работает на CF workers (влезает в бесплатный лимит), настраивается за 3 минуты (форк, правка конфига, коммит - все, он сам деплоится на CF через github actions)
