RT @ChristopherJM: Yesterday Russian rockets hit Hotel Atlantic in Bakhmut. I went today to see what’s left: it’s completely destroyed. Authorities were still pulling bodies from the rubble. Now, rescue op is over: 4 killed, 5 wounded, inc 2 dug out from under. Owner, a pal from way back, survived.

Estonia will still issue residence permits and visas to Belarusians for studying.
This morning, @errnews reported that Estonia will no longer issue visas and residence permits for study purpose to Belarusians and Russians.
However, in the evening the same news was edited.

The current version of the ban on residence permits for study purpose applies only to citizens of Russia.
The same information is indicated on the website of the Estonian Foreign Ministry. And this means that the amendment does not apply to Belarusians.

At the same time, it’s said that citizens of Russia and Belarus, who have a legal right to stay in another EU member state, will no longer be able to register a short-term work in Estonia and apply for a work visa. They’re allowed to work only with an Estonian visa.

#Ukraine: A very interesting vehicle is currently used by the 24th Mechanized Brigade of Ukraine - this is a captured Russian BTR-82A armored personnel carrier which received a ZU-23-2 23mm autocannon instead its original turret, which was likely rendered inoperable in combat.

419. This version of film in twt 417 shows the moving T-72 go a bit further after being hit + even fire/turn turret. Still in 79 Brigade post-battle pics its clearly abandoned (red). The smoking wreck is shown to be a T-72 (pink). 3 of other 4 lost tracks.
