The Trump admin didn't provide particularly offensive arms (e.g. Javelins). The Biden admin only provided weapons after Russia's spring buildup (many of those units never returned to their bases), and the decision to invade was likely made in July-August before most deliveries.

@PToveri My main point is about how applicable this war is to other conflicts. I doubt NATO members or a NATO-adversary would fight without attempting combined arms, so I think it is easy to draw the wrong lessons about modern warfare from February and March.
