Depending on how this war goes, I think it could lead to Putin losing power, but there haven't been any signs over the past couple of months that his rule is weakening (other Russian officials often talk publicly about Russia's foreign policy intentions, so that isn't new).

@AlexLuck9 @TheBaseLeg Also possible this 2S7 was taken out of storage recently. They're providing 2S4 to DNR artillery units, and some were put into storage a decade ago.
