According to @JTBcz, this particular one is an ex-Czech Air Force Mi-35 (Mi-24V) helicopter with a tail number of 3362 - manufactured back in 2004 and very recently completely overhauled.
-----------
@JTBcz:
Verified: a Czech-supplied (and Russian-made) Mi-35 attack helicopter seen for the first time in action over #Ukraine.
Thanks to tiny details in camo, I managed to confirm this as former CZAF #3362, made in 2004 and very recently completely overhauled. #OSINT

@DefMon3 They were in a state of combat. Here they were marked in combat position. A day later, they raised the missiles, brought them into combat condition. Frankly, we received information from the Ukrainians from here. That a blow to the Belarusian territory is being prepared.
