Russian President Putin says that Russia's conditions for peace with Ukraine announced in June 2024 remain actual.

Putin: "Yes, these conditions have certainly remained the same. These are not conditions, but goals. I formulated Russia's goals. Until then, we were told that it was unclear what Russia wanted."

The conditions include:

- Ukraine's full withdrawal from Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk Oblasts;

- Ukraine's commitment to not joining NATO;

- Neutral, non-nuclear status of Ukraine;

- The recognition of the Crimea, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk Oblasts within the borders of the Russian Federation by international treaties;

- The lifting of all western sanctions on Russia.
