However, he didn't say rockets, as the German Ukraine livetickers wrote (thanks for that)... He “just” said weapon systems, which can and should of course still refer to the Bars mini cruise missile, as the contract for the production of more than 500 AN-196 Liutyi long-range OWA UAVs — which are also weapon systems — was already signed more than a week ago (per WELT reporting from early July). https://twitter.com/deaidua/status/1943755046321013026#m
