🇺🇸🇺🇦 Given the PAC-3 MSE Acquisition Objective was just increased from 3,376 to 13,773, this 25% could solely be a result of that, rather than impacts from drawdowns and combat expenditures in CENTCOM.
~1,835 MSEs have been delivered to the Army to date, but total PATRIOT interceptor procurement across all variants is over 10,000.

Russia has started actively testing wide-scale internet shutdowns. Today alone, mobile internet was cut in 79 out of 89 regions — a new record. In 48 of them, users also reported issues with wired internet.
Such mass shutdown tests have become increasingly frequent after recent drone strikes on Russian strategic aviation targets — most likely as part of broader preparations for similar emergency scenarios.
