🇺🇸🇺🇦 Despite Secretary Driscoll's promise to do so, the DoD has yet to send Congress any reprogramming requests to replace defense articles provided to Ukraine. Applying those lessons learned is going to require moving funds into the right accounts.

The Admin is also going to have to request additional funding to get everything replaced, as the Biden Admin left a massive unfunded hole in DoD stocks.

Then there is the issue of future Ukrainian requirements, which the Admin needs to come up with an answer to. If there is not meaningful security assistance on the table then the US has no leverage over Ukraine. https://twitter.com/SecArmy/status/1920241523200815526#m
