🇺🇸🇺🇦 The freeze on FMF isn't a new development, and even if the waiver gets implemented, there isn't much FMF left that could be obligated for Ukrainian FMS cases.

A freeze on PDA & USAI deliveries though, would be extremely bad.

@Brian_Castner @elliotackerman: I think FPVs started partially as a way to compensate for a lack of artillery, ATGMs, and other ammunition, but they are a critical arm now. They still have weaknesses, but the advantages are significant now. I think we should be adopting them and figuring out how to incorporate them into our force structure.
