@RALee85: From @Deepstate_UA about the current situation in Kursk after further Russian advances this week,
"the biggest problem in Kursk Oblast is the enemy's fire control over all logistics of Ukraine's defence forces. Since January, Russian troops have been increasing their ability to monitor our movements, yet no adequate steps have been taken on our side to eliminate this issue. By February, it had reached its peak, with the most serious complications arising after the loss of the village of Sverdlikovo, the attempts to regain which were also not executed in the best-planned manner...
The advance of Russian troops along the border between the settlements Zhuravka and Novenke is also an unpleasant moment. This area is responsible for most strikes on logistics routes [of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – ed.] between the settlements of Yunakivka and Sudzha, and the situ...

@WillKnowler @Deepstate_UA: I've been away from my computer for most of the month, so I have missed many of the videos. Generally, the main threat to Ukrainian artillery has been Lancets, but the strikes on Zalas have reduced that threat.

“Today in the United Kingdom, as part of the Ukrainian delegation led by the President of Ukraine, we have reached a strategic agreement—launching the large-scale LMM-RapidRanger project to strengthen Ukraine's air defense.
As part of this initiative, we will receive over 5,000 LMM (Lightweight Multirole Missile) interceptor missiles and their launch systems.
LMM are high-precision interceptor missiles that effectively destroy Shahed drones. They have already proven their effectiveness in battles between 2022 and 2024.
This agreement is one of the largest in Ukraine’s history in the field of security and defense. The £1.6 billion project is aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s air defense until 2030. It is financed through a loan guaranteed by the UK government agency UK Export Finance (UKEF).
We are implementing this project together with the British company Thales, Ukrainian enterprises, and the UK government.

RT @DefenceHQ: The UK will supply Ukraine with more than 5000 air defence missiles to keep people and infrastructure safe from attack.
The deal delivers on the UK’s commitment to Ukraine and will create hundreds of jobs here in the UK.

🇬🇧🇺🇦 This is the sort of order quantity that we needed to see from all countries at the outset of the war. We had 3 years of piecemeal aid commitments that have made it hard for industry to ramp up. https://twitter.com/DefenceHQ/status/1896249742939607355#m

Vance has supported that de-industrialization himself. The national security supplementals have kept the US defense industrial base on life support during a period of contracting real defense spending. If Vance gets his way Ohio's manufacturing sector would collapse.

The bitter irony of America’s present predicament is that the very people who cheer for permanent arms shipments to Ukraine also supported the de-industrialization of America.
The very things you want us to send are things we don’t make enough of.

@elonmusk: Constant propaganda for the past +2 years about Ukrainian support
It’s the most important foreign aid US sent since in WWII? Around 40% of people support Trump so whatever he says they’ll just get on that train. Ukraine was made into a political issue. It wasn’t in February 2022

@ukraine_map @elonmusk: Political pundits constantly complain about aid being given to Ukraine 🇺🇦 (most military) while totally ignoring the significance of it and the fact that it was ~0.1% of US yearly GDP, while ignoring the other 99% of US government spending

@ukraine_map @elonmusk: For example, Tucker Carlson once this war started. The first 15 minutes of his show were dedicated to why Ukraine was bad and Russia was good. He’s getting paid for that. It’s obvious he’s working for Russia, then he goes to Moscow two times to praise Putin
